The live calls take place on Wednesdays beginning 8th April - there are two live call options per week at 10.30am UK / 7.30pm Sydney / 5.30am New York OR 6pm UK/3am Sydney/1pm NY. There are four calls in total per group
No problem at all. All calls are recorded and uploaded to the portal within 24 hours - usually much sooner than that. You can watch in your own time and still get the full benefit of the session.

The live call is 60-75 minutes each Wednesday, and the embodied practices are designed to be woven gently into your daily life rather than added as another demand on your time. Even ten to fifteen minutes a day can create a real shift.
